The controls
There are 4 controls in level 1, but at level 2 you get another one.
Circle: The 2nd most important one, it allows you to trigger certain stuff, and progress through cut scenes. You use it a lot, so when in doubt, press it!
Square: This one is the vital button while fighting. Why? It's the attack button! But you only have a slight amount of time before the enemy attacks you, so attack first chance!
Triangle: This one you can use only on ground (until you learn double and triple jumping and while flying) because it is the jump button! Need I say more?
Arrow: Why is this a vital button? It let's you move! But there's only one arrow on screen, and you can't move it around, so be careful! This one is useful yet risky!
Star: In Mario, it's an item. In Calvin, it's a control! It is used to switch charcters, which is why you can't use it on level one.
And some help for level 3: Ekky ekky zoompang zoompong on the Ni.
